Keontay Ingram RB Cards. No way Conner holds up. Cards in tank mode has potential to get touches in a no depth backfield.

Ferguson TE Cowboys. Best block/catch TE on roster should be on field the most

Jefferson WR Rams. Shit defense so Rams will likely be slinging it.

Brown RB Bengals. Not much depth behind Mixon and bengals do like splitting series with backs. Absolute burner, great hands, runs inside well.

Williams WR Chargers (not an unknown) but will/should rep lots time in slot Under new OC Moore. Bigger guys are being moved in slot and 6’5 230 is a monster slot size.

Dillon RB Packers (not unknown) but is ready to blow up. Perfect prime year 3. Absolute unit and GB will likely go heavy run.

Tons of Ferguson, I think he is being slept on for sure....tremendous potential.

Lots of Jefferson , most of it when he was going later on.

I need to look at Keontay Ingram, he goes undrafted or final rd on a regular basis.

Also my opinions are based on best ball formats rather than managed league formats.

Played at Texas then usc. Decent RB in 2nd yr I believe

Cards just don’t have much depth there. Conner I can’t trust to stay healthy. Seems like a spot later in year they feed him ball to see what he has

Just a flyer for big sleeper

I have over 100 teams drafted already and I only have Keontay on 2 of them.....probably will add him a handful of more times as I draft between now and Game1.......looking to draft 10-15 teams a week for the next 3 weeks.

Drafted about 40 $25 few weeks ago. My first time doing bb

Took few different strategies.

Imo winning the 12 team is first step. I give zero fucks about week 17 games/stacks. All irrelevant unless ya win 12 team. I do pay attention to teams stacking or players falling and snipe/block teams if I can. Not letting guys just poach/stack studs etc

I’ve gone heavy WR and last 6-7 picks all RB (hoping injuries etc back ups could step up) RB easiest spot to find huge value for cheap

I’ve gone heavy RB draft 5 RBs picks 1-6 with a QB. And sucked up all WR rest of picks

The ADP shit is dumb. Give zero fucks. I reach n get the guys I want. Build how I want. I’ve taken M. Williams in the mid 20’s early 30’s plenty to stack with Herbert. I’ve taken Metcalf JSN Lockett rd 2,3,4 to get all 3 to stack with geno. Reaching is only way you can build that way. Plus it can make your teams unique. Taken BJ and Chubb 1-3 pick to get unique builds etc. It’s too easy watching all the same ADP drafts every time. So easy to get unique and break up the drafts reaching.

Montgomery and Pierce are almost free squares picks 68-80 you can always land 1 if not both and both imo should bring good value n volume vs ADP. Montgomery is probably 80% my teams. I’ve ran plenty of Gibbs, Montgomery, Pierce and 1 of BJ, Chubb, Taylor, Barkley builds and add a 5th flyer RB late (Malik Dallas, Ford Browns, Chubby Panthers, Brown bengals) guys in roles who will see touches and great spot for volume if injuries and they can be had basically last rd or 2-3 before last.. 5 RB builds 2 QB

Lots of strategy to be used in bb. Just don’t see many using much.

I’d say my favorite is RB RB RB QB RB RB. Have several Chubb Taylor BJ Barkley combos with Harris Walker Gibbs Monty Pierce type builds and usually Fields Herbert Lawrence QB. Having 5 legit RB one can go to flex plus volume is more consistent. Allows for peppering all sorts of WR and 3-4 TE builds for cheap. Plus if stud RB goes down you still have 4 studs to run with. Even if 2 go down ya have 3.

WR like Jefferson, Osborne, Chark, Doubs, Collins, Moore, Tooney, Cooks, Rasheed, Lazard, just all in that pick 90-160 range have good enough value at position to produce if drafting 8 of em a dart will land on few imo.

Watched videos of these goobers who live by ADP. So dumb imo.

Grab a few more shares. Never know he may get the volume late year etc

I’ve built teams where come pick 130 ish I’m taken say Ford RB 150 Chubba. Etc. lots of RB and TE I’m drafting way above ADP only because I’m happy with team and like certain players to fill out my teams. Which is stress free because it’s easy to get those guys.

Would Keontay Ingram being seeing a lot of touches? Cards will likely be behind most games and airing it out?

@chrishansen

I would NEVER even think to try a 5RB and 1QB Build for the first 6 picks....but I have a draft that Im doing now that started with Saquon and Ekeler......

I might give it a try , Ill let you know if it develops....

Pick 10-12 you can go
Robinson/Chubb
Barkley/Taylor / Robinson/Chubb

RD 3 scoop Harris/Gibbs
RD 4 Fields/Herbert
Rd 5 Pierce / Walker
RD 6 Montgomery

You can stack two premium studs rd 1-2
Then get the Harris Walker Pierce Montgomery type guys easy

Then start round 7 it’s all WR TE and 1 QB rest of draft.

Think of your RB as a flex. So really just one decent WR and the rest since you have so many B tier guys will pop here n there

Don’t matter behind or not. Touches are touches plus he is better off as a receiver then Conner. No real threats lack of depth in Arizona

Falcons Bears Texans all teams always down playing from behind. They still ran non stop. Players still got touches

You’re talking about a guy nobody will draft in your league who has potential for even a boring 800 total yards and say 5-6 tds which is great. But could maybe get say 1000 yards 8/9 TDs. Who knows. It’s such a no risk no lose situation drafting him with his situation.

Just ran a $25 bb

Pick 9

Chubb 9 RB
Barkley 16 RB
Harris 33 RB
Fields 40 QB
Pierce 57 RB
Montgomery 64 RB
Cooks 81 WR
Moore 86 WR
Doubs 105 WR
Burke 112 WR
Jefferson 129 WR
Kemet 135 WR
Chark 153 WR
Love 160 QB
Ferguson 178 TE
Musgrave 184 TE
Claypool 201 WR
James 212 WR

2-5-8-3 build.

You can see I reached on guys. Give zero fucks. I go after who I want in my builds. Once I got Fields it was kemet and claypool for cheap. Doubs and Musgrave to go with love.

Paired both QB with TE and WR for 2 options both QB
Threw darts on WR
Grabbed 3 okay TE

5 stud RB all in heavy run system and great OL. Could lose 1-2 with injuries and still be just fine considering their talent.

One heavy run QB who is almost a RB

Teams don't run the ball to often when they are down 20+ pts. If he gets passes tossed his way then there could be some value in him.
Other than taking up a roaster spot, I see what you mean. I like finding that guy on the waiver wire that went undrafted but is producing.

They run. Falcons were down 21-0 to Bucs last year in late 3rd and still ran lol. Almost came back and won somehow

Teams still run to keep things honest.

But we’re twlki about a big sleeper. A guy nobody will draft. Big tall back who has catching skills. So can see 3rd looks. On a team with next to zero competition behind him. Conner has age and injury history. Cards are in a tank mode. Good opportunity they give the kid some reps see what he got.

Finding the guy on the waiver wire also means ya gotta be able to get him. Better off taking a shot and holding a guy couple weeks to see how he produces. Last pick of your draft should mean you can harbor a guy

Hell I used to open the season without a defense kicker or extra TE sometimes both. And hold onto RBs to see if injuries or production popped off into the first 2-3 weeks before rostering a defense or kicker or both. Or 2nd TE
